Bill manages the public finance business for the Assured Guaranty family of companies which includes Assured Guaranty Corp. and Assured Guaranty Municipal. Assured Guaranty’s public finance team underwrites financial guaranties for a broad range of municipal bond sectors including general obligation, transportation, utilities, healthcare, and infrastructure transactions. Bill began his career as a senior analyst at Moody’s Investors Service where he covered traditional municipal credits and project finance transactions. He has held several senior underwriting and managerial positions in the bond insurance industry over that past 20 years. Bill is a graduate of Rutgers University. He is a member of several industry organizations and a past Chairman of the Board of Governors for the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA).
