Ms. Marshall is an attorney with over twenty five years’ experience.  Ms. Marshall has directly managed the performance of over two hundred complex examinations of some of the largest companies in the United States. She was essential in negotiating the terms of over forty comprehensive agreements resolving those examinations which resulted in the return of over twelve billion dollars. Prior to Verus, Ms. Marshall represented a wide variety of clients, including state pension funds and other institutional investors.  She began her career as a prosecutor at the New York County District Attorney’s office and has a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School.
