- Challenges with Unclaimed Property Reform and Protections of Consumers (ETM)
Mr. Kenneth Wagers is Kelmar’s Vice President of Client Services. He is responsible for the management, development, and delivery of KAPS®, the next generation unclaimed property management system for state governments. Mr. Wagers has spent the majority of his career working collaboratively with nearly every state, focusing on system implementations, integration and best practices. He has created and implemented numerous unclaimed property systems, including overseeing more than 22 UPMS, 40 UPS2000, and 20 KAPS® system implementations. In 2017, Mr. Wagers received the NAUPA Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honor presented by the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (NAUPA) to individuals in the unclaimed property arena. Mr. Wagers holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from the College of Idaho. He possesses more than 30 years of experience developing automated unclaimed property management systems.
