As Government Solutions Vice President, David is responsible for strategic sales and delivery of Fiserv Solutions and Professional Services within the Government Solutions Division across our 26 state Eastern region. He brings over 35 years of experience managing product development through the delivery of healthcare and payment solutions to the government sector, spanning Information and Financial Technology, security and manufacturing. His portfolio includes Government, Utilities, Education and Non-Profits entities.

Prior roles have included President at Nasatka Security, a premier manufacturer in the physical and electronic security space, Vice President of Sales at two start-ups focused on governance risk management and compliance for Fortune 500 and federal government SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft clients. He also had a 15-year career at Oracle Corporation where his positions progressed from product development to principal sales engineer, sales management and executive positions. His last role at Oracle was Vice President of ERP Applications Sales for the U.S. Public Sector Vertical.

David speaks at national and regional conferences including the National Association of State Treasurers (NAST), the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers (NASACT), Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Federation of Tax Administrators (FTA).
