Larissa V. Belova joined CBRE Investment Management in 2019 and serves as a Portfolio Manager. She serves as co-chair of the firm’s Direct Private Real Estate Investment ESG Committee.
Larissa's real estate experience includes roles in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, structured finance, capital raising and investor relations. Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Larissa was a Senior Vice President at Thor Equities, where she led global institutional client development and capital raising, and structured and executed over $2.5 billion in transactions of high street retail, office, and mixed-use assets in the United States and Western Europe.
Prior to Thor, she was a Director in the Investment Management Division of Jonathan Rose Companies, where she worked on strategic initiatives and capital raising for the firm's affordable housing and ""green"" office strategies. She also served as Head of Investor Relations at the Praedium Group and spent two years in the Bloomberg Administration at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”). At NYCEDC, she led the establishment of the Asset Management Division and then served as Portfolio Manager of a large pool of industrial, office, retail and ground-leased assets owned by the City of New York. Larissa began her real estate career in 2002 at Lexington Realty Trust, where she eventually oversaw acquisitions for the Eastern half of the United States, executing over $1.5 billion in transactions of office, industrial, retail and specialized assets during her six-year tenure.
Larissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
