Vermont Deputy Treasurer Gavin Boyles is a recovering attorney, new to Treasury. He began serving in the Treasurer’s Office in January 2023, along with Treasurer Mike Pieciak. He previously served for several years as general counsel in the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation; as an Assistant Attorney General; spent a brief time in private practice; and was law clerk to Vermont’s longest-serving Chief Justice. He lives in Montpelier, Vermont with his wife and two teenagers.
