Nicola is currently Deputy General Counsel and Federal Policy Advisor in the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer. Prior to joining the Treasurer’s Office, Nicola worked at two large law firms and was Senior Counsel for U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly. She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Notre Dame.
