Emily J. Kowtoniuk is the Director of Policy & Legislative Affairs for Massachusetts Treasurer & Receiver General,     Deborah B. Goldberg. She holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Tufts University. Emily started her career in the Massachusetts State Senate, where she served as Chief of Staff and as Counsel to the Senate Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets. At Treasury, she provides strategic recommendations to the Treasurer and other Department Heads. She also plays a key role in the development and implementation of Treasury policies and programming, including advocating for the office's priorities in the Massachusetts legislature and beyond.
