Gary Mangiofico joined Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School in 2003. He is an award-winning scholar who prepares leaders in the art and science of managing strategic change and organization development through learning that is applied and practical, valuescentered, and globally oriented. As faculty of organizational theory and management, he prepares leaders in the art and science of managing strategic change through learning that is applied and practical, values-centered, and globally oriented. He has led strategic development, operations management and integration, and turnaround operations solving complex challenges as a CEO, COO, and as a general management executive for both start-ups and Fortune 50 companies.
He holds a BA and MA in psychology from Chapman University in Orange, California, and a PhD in organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
